How to Cancel Your Nebula Expand Free Trial

Nebula offers a FREE 14-day trial period of everything the Expand service has to offer! Expand allows you to upload your 23andMe or AncestryDNA data to Nebula for free trait reports and access to the Nebula Library. This exclusive research tool gives people the ability to stay up to date on the most cutting-edge research and what it means to them–because at Nebula we believe the burden of research shouldn’t be on your shoulders, that’s our job 💪

The Free Trial Period starts the day you opt-into it by submitting your payment information. If you decide that you do not want to become a paying subscriber of Nebula Expand and avoid being charged the first month – all you need to do is follow the steps below:

Step 1.) Click on the credit total in the top right-hand corner of your Nebula user account and select Edit Profile

Step 2.) Select the Subscription tab and click Cancel Subscription 

Step 3.) A prompt will appear asking you to confirm whether or not you would like to proceed with the cancellation. Click Continue Cancellation to confirm.

After that, your account will reflect that your Subscription has been canceled.

Although your subscription has been canceled, you will still have access to your free trial for the remaining duration of the 14 day period and will not incur any charges.
